When you submit an inquiry, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit for delivery to info@embereventco.com, hosted by Zoho. The form may ask you to complete a spam check before sending. We use your details to respond and discuss the services you requested. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This website does not keep a separate inquiry database. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; messages delivered to Ember are retained in our email system as needed to handle your inquiry.

When you contact Ember

Information you submit or email, such as your name, contact details, organization, and plans, is used to respond and discuss the requested services. Contact info@embereventco.com with a question about information you have shared.

Third-party services

FormSubmit processes form submissions and provides spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA. See FormSubmit’s privacy information. Zoho handles email delivered to Ember. Event registration sites and event-brand websites have their own terms and privacy practices. This website requests fonts from Google Fonts. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts, or store your inquiry in local storage. Hosting, sign-in, form delivery, and spam protection services may use technical cookies where applicable.

The lifestyle images on this site are AI-generated campaign artwork for Ember, Roasted Run, and Average Joe Run. They are labeled as illustrative campaign artwork. They are creative concepts and do not document past Ember or client events.

Dates and registration status shown were checked on October 11, 2026. Use the linked official event websites for current dates, venues, entry pricing, course details, and participant policies. Services, responsibilities, availability, and third-party costs are confirmed in a written proposal for each engagement.
